  • 1 5 ounces white tuna with meat
  • ¼ cup finely chopped celery
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
  • ¼ cup finely chopped dill pickles
  • ¼ cup greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt (plus a few black peppercorns)
  • Options: 1 tablespoon grated parmesan (optional but recommended)
  • Serve: Bread (not kneaded, artisanal or with sourdough), crackers, etc.
