Sriracha is a hot sauce originally from Thailand: it was created in 1980 by David Tran, a Chinese immigrant from Vietnam.   • 2 tablespoons Sriracha
  • ⅛ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ cup high-quality mayonnaise
