  • 1 1/2 books or 3 bundled broccoli
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • Ground fresh pepper
  • 1 small clove of garlic
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Snip about 2cm off the ends of the broccolini. In a medium bowl, mix together the olive oil and kosher salt.
  3. Lay the broccolini on the pan in a single layer. Fry for about 15 minutes until tender and lightly browned (no need to stir!).
  4. Take the dish out of the oven. Grate the garlic into the pan and squeeze the lemon juice. Use a spoon to gently mix everything together (separate the grated garlic that clumps together). Serve immediately.
