Baking a sweet potato is very simple: you don’t even really need a recipe. Of course we have one below. But follow these basic steps and you’ll set them up while you sleep. Step 1: Halve the sweet potatoes.

Yes, it’s our time saver to make this a quick baked potato recipe! But it works wonders. Depending on the size, a whole baked potato can go anywhere 45 to 60 minutes.
