  • 4 medium-ribbed celery (¾ cup chopped)
  • 1 big green apple
  • 1 banana
  • ½ teaspoon peeled and grated ginger (from fresh ginger root)
  • 2 cups spinach leaves
  • ½ cup the water
  • ten ice cubes
  • 1½ tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice (1/2 Lemon)

  1. Roughly chop the celery. Cut the apple into pieces, leaving the skin on. Break the banana into pieces. Peel and grate or chop the ginger.
