  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 1 big green apple
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup Baby spinach or kale, lightly wrapped (or other chopped veggies)
  • ½ cup the water
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple pieces
  • ten ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  1. Stone the avocado and remove half of the flesh from the blender. Chop the apple, leaving the peel. Break the banana into pieces and put them in the blender. Add water and kale leaves. Mix until smooth.
