How to cut potato wedges step by step
Step 1
Lay the potato on its side and use a large chef’s knife to cut it in half lengthwise.
2nd step
Place the cut side of the potato on the cutting board and cut in half again to create wedges.

Lay each potato quarter cut-side up, then slice down the center of the quarter to form a corner. That’s 8 wedges per potato.
