  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat. It’s about 375 to 450 degrees.
  • Snip the bottom 2 inches off each broccolini stalk. This will remove the thicker, harder parts.
  • Mix with olive oil and salt. That’s all you need!
  • Grill on the grates for 5 to 7 minutes. Cook until charred and tender, turning once.
  • Sprinkle with lemon. The key to amazing taste! Add a few more pinches of salt if needed.

  • 1 1/2 books or 3 bundled broccoli
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 lemon

  1. Preheat a grill to medium-high heat (375 to 450 degrees).
  2. Wash the broccolini and pat dry with a towel. Snip about 2cm off the ends of the broccolini. In a medium bowl, toss together with the olive oil, kosher salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the broccolini directly onto the cooking grates and grill until charred and tender, turning frequently, about 5 to 7 minutes. Remove when light green and charred.
  4. Remove from the grill and drizzle lemon juice over half of the lemon wedges. Taste and add a few pinches of kosher salt if needed. (Variation: You can grill lemon slices for 1-2 minutes on each side until grill marks form, then serve with broccolini.)
