How to make a white bean dip

This white bean dip recipe is super easy to make. To make white bean dip or any type of mixed dip like hummus, you’ll need a food processor on hand. This is the food processor we’re using. To make the dip, simply mix everything together in the food processor: it only takes 5-10 minutes to assemble! It’s great as a party appetizer, especially since it’s a gluten-free and vegan bean dip. It’s also perfect for lunch: we brought a large batch to our office to eat with celery and carrots.

This white bean dip calls for 1/2 cup of fresh herbs. You can use any fresh herbs you like. This is particularly easy in the summer when we have a lot of herbs in the garden. In the winter, indulge in store-bought herbs or add a few spoonfuls of basil pesto if you like. Our favorite herb for this dip is fresh basil: it tastes great in the dip! If using rosemary, remember that a little rosemary will do, so only use a few rosemary leaves.
