The following recipe makes a small jug with 4 servings. To make a larger pitcher for a crowd, just double it!

  • ¾ cups freshly squeezed lemon juice (4 large lemons)*
  • ½ cup purely natural cranberry juice (no added sugar)**
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups water shared
  • Ice
  • Fresh mint for garnish (optional)

  1. Squeeze the lemons.
  2. Place the sugar and ½ cup warm water in a pitcher and stir until dissolved. Add 2 cups of cold water, then pour in the lemon juice and cranberry juice. Add ice and serve.
