- 1 tbsp maple syrup, honey or sugar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- 5 tablespoons Hot water
- Whisk all ingredients together, adding additional warm water if needed to achieve a light, creamy consistency (this will vary depending on the texture of the tahini brand). Store in the fridge for up to 1 month; Bring to room temperature before serving (add a little water to thin if necessary).
