  • 1½ tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 3 lemon slices

  1. Preheat a grill to medium-high heat (375 to 450 degrees).
  2. Mix the okra with the olive oil.
  3. Place the okra directly onto the grates. Grill 4 to 5 minutes per side (10 minutes total) until lightly charred. Sprinkle with kosher salt and squeeze with the juice of the lemon slices.
