- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder*
- 2 cups 2% milk
- 3 tablespoons Sugar
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 Pinch of cinnamon
- ¼ cup (1½ ounce) semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips (optional but recommended)
- 2 ounces (¼ cup) Bailey’s Irish Cream
- whipped cream, optional
- Place a saucepan over medium heat. Add cocoa powder and ¼ cup milk and beat until cocoa powder is almost completely incorporated. Whisk in the remaining milk. Add the remaining ingredients and heat over medium heat until the chocolate has melted, about 2 minutes. Not cook.
