Then, just before serving, toss with the spring onions, cilantro, bell peppers, and peanuts. Yummy!
You can also add diced cooked chicken to the salad for a richer meal, or some tahini for a creamier sesame flavor. If you’re taking it to a potluck picnic, double the recipe! This one is a crowd puller.

Sesame Noodle Salad
If substituting tamari for soy sauce, use less as it is more concentrated.
ingredients
Honey Soy Dressing:

1/4 Cup Extra virgin olive oil or vegetable oil

3 tablespoon dark sesame oil

1/2 teaspoon crushed dried red peppers or chilli powder (optional)

3 tablespoon honey
-
2 tablespoon soy sauce
Salad:

12 ounces pastathin spaghetti or angel hair noodles

Salt

2/3 Cup rough chopped coriander
-
1/3 Cup chopped roasted salted peanuts

1/3 Cup thinly sliced green onions
-
1/2 Cup rolled Red pepper

1 tablespoon toasted sesame
method

Prepare dressing:
Place the ingredients for the dressing in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from stove.

Cook pasta:
Put the noodles in a large saucepan with boiling salted water (1 tablespoon of salt in 2 liters of water). Cook al dente according to the directions on the pasta package. drain.

Toss with dressing, chill:
In a large bowl, stir together the cooked noodles and dressing until the noodles are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for several hours.

Stir in cilantro, peanuts, spring onions, peppers:
To serve, stir in the cilantro, peanuts, spring onions, and peppers. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds.
