Easy to Make Roasted Broccolini! Healthy, paleo and gluten free.
Do you know broccolini? It looks like broccoli rabe or a baby version of broccoli, but it’s actually not one of those vegetables, but a hybrid developed from Japan. Unlike broccoli rabe, broccolini isn’t bitter at all, and while it looks like broccoli, it doesn’t taste like it, being sweeter and nuttier.
It is delicious! And like other members of the Brassica family, broccolini is loaded with iron and vitamins.
This recipe couldn’t be easier! Simply toss the broccolini with the garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper and place under the grill for a few minutes.
