Sweat the carrot rings in butter, then cook in a solution of maple syrup and orange juice until most of the liquid has evaporated.

Add some orange zest and a pinch of cinnamon and you’re done. Glazed carrots with a holiday twist!

  1. Sauté carrots in butter:

  3. Uncover the pan and boil away most of the liquid:

    Cover the pan and increase the heat to medium-high. Stir the carrots occasionally and cook until almost all of the liquid has evaporated. Remove from stove.

  4. Sprinkle cinnamon over the carrots and stir in the orange zest
