I love good finger food, do you too? Here’s an easy recipe for chicken wing drums – the part of a chicken wing that looks like a mini drumstick.
Use drummettes or wingettes
You don’t have to use just drummette, you can use wingettes or just chicken pieces, cut off the size of drummette. Note that cooking time will vary depending on the cut.
These were absolutely delicious; We can’t wait to restore them!
Chicken wings in the oven
That’s right – no deep frying is required for these chicken wings. These are roasted in the oven.
It makes this party snack a little healthier and also means you can make the whole batch at once. Simply!
For crispier edges and more even cooking, place a metal baking rack in your baking sheet and place the drummettes on it. This will lift them off the surface of the baking sheet and allow them to cook on all sides.
