- 8th ears fresh Cornshells removed
- 1 tablespoon cajun spicehomemade or store bought

Make sure the grill is preheated to a high temperature, reaching about 550°F.

Melt the butter in the meantime by placing it in a small saucepan over medium-high heat and closely monitoring it for 1 to 2 minutes, or until it has completely melted. Remove from the stove.
