Blueberry Maple Breakfast Bake
Blueberry Maple Breakfast Bake

Brunch Party Bread Pudding Casserole! With cream cheese, maple syrup and juicy blueberries.

The secret of a successful brunch host is to prep as much as you can the night before, right?

Just pop it in the oven an hour before you need it on your brunch morning!

While you can use regular sliced bread for this recipe, I find that using a small rustic Italian or French bread for the loaf improves the texture and presentation immeasurably.

Coat the bread cubes with cream cheese and blueberries and saturate with an egg, milk and butter mixture. Serve with maple syrup like blueberry pancakes!

This recipe is slightly modified by the US Highbush Blueberry Council.
