Berry Banana Fruit Salad
ingredients

2 cups strawberries, peeled and roughly chopped

1 handful raspberries

1 Cup blueberries

1 Applepeeled, cored, roughly chopped

2 bananaspeeled and cut into thick slices

1/2 teaspoon Lemon peel

2 teaspoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon honey
method

Prepare the berries before the bananas and apples and place in a large bowl.

Once you add the bananas and apples, drizzle lemon juice over them to keep them from turning brown.

Add the zest and honey, tossing gently to combine.
Serve immediately. Or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
